Traditional recipes, new trends, native desserts, all in harmonious pairing with cocktails, wines and even cigars will focus the activities of the next edition of the International Varadero Gourmet Festival, which will be held from June 26 to 29, based at the Plaza Convention Center America of Varadero.
Special attention will be devoted to topics such as the fusion of cultures in Cuban cuisine; current trends in food and beverage management; pairing of spirits, Habanos, chocolate and coffee; After-dinner with cocktails; the traditional and the gourmet in Cuban Gastronomy; regional cuisine, native desserts of traditional cuisine, typical Cuban dishes: myths and realities, history of Cuban rums; challenges and challenges in the artistic kitchen; and the history of bars in Cuba.
