The "Salón 1720" was the home of the Spanish physician Francisco Pérez Zorrilla, based in Holguin in 1911. He lived in this house that belonged to the family of the wife Mrs. Josefa García Fernández. The building consists of two facades; main and lateral whose walls are decorated with semicolumns decorated with floral designs topped by cornices and light profile with pineapples on the pillars. It presents a U-shaped floor, with an interior patio surrounded by galleries and a large open terrace, there is a loft with three areas, bathrooms and bar. The main body has a large lobby, flanked by side rooms. The interior ornamentation exhibits worked columns and ceiling with a fountain that in its interior presents a dancer sculpted in bronze and a forest of ornamental plants that enhance the beauty of this beautiful place.

Interactive on represented wineries, grape varieties, regions, as well as characteristics of the wines to be tasted and their properties. Tasting commented by the sommelier and wine pairing according to the dishes.
Pairing of habanos: Commented presentation of Havana Havana rum and Havana rum pairings, for a Habano Sommelier where the client will learn the art of cutting, lighting and enjoy the habano, as well as determine its authenticity.
